How LawnQuote Collects SMS Consent

LawnQuote is a quoting platform for independent lawn-care businesses, operated by Linea Score, LLC. Service providers use LawnQuote to send one-to-one quote and proposal text messages to their own clients. Consent to receive these messages is collected in person during the on-site visit: when a client requests a quote, they verbally agree to receive it by text and provide their phone number directly to the service provider.

Before any text message can be sent, the provider must check a required, unchecked-by-default confirmation box in the LawnQuote app stating that the client is present and agreed to receive texts. This box links to our consent terms. The send button remains disabled until the box is checked. Consent is confirmed individually, per client and per message — LawnQuote does not support automated or bulk messaging.

SMS Program Details:

• Message frequency varies; a client receives a message only when their provider sends them a quote or proposal.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.
• Mobile information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
